My name is Brendan, and I have a serious passion for sport and fitness. From a young age I have been involved in everything from boxing, football, cross country running and weight training.
As well as the years of experience within these sports, I also have qualifications in gym instructing, personal training, Kettlebell and TRX instructing to name but a few.
With my experience and knowledge, I want to challenge clients of all abilities to come to Oxhey park and achieve their fitness goals.
Over the last few years I have entered numerous endurance based events from Coast to Coast Scotland, Hurtwood 50k and the Centurion 50 mile to the more recent events such as the London ultra duathlon, the Wendover Woods 50k night run and Hyrox London. If any of these events, or similar, interest you then please get in touch for any advice or questions you might have.
I believe everyone should set goals in life no matter how small, this encourages growth and progress. Achieving things no matter how big or small gives a sense of achievement, self confidence and positivity; Not only improving on your physical ability, but also mentally as well. I want my clients to realise that they can achieve much more than what they think possible!
I understand that changing lifestyle habits or continuing your fitness journey are difficult. My aim is to help you achieve your goals whether it be weight loss, increase fitness or build muscle. To help change your view on healthy living, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I believe that; if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
First training session is free so you can see if it is right for you. Also a 30minute consultation before hand to find out your current fitness levels, future training goals and any underlying health conditions which might prevent you form doing certain types of physical activity. This information is very important as it will help me design a training program specific to your needs.
