My name is Brendan, and I have a serious passion for sport and fitness. From a young age I have been involved in everything from boxing, football, cross country running and weight training. As well as the years of experience within these sports, I also have qualifications in gym instructing, personal training, Kettlebell and TRX instructing to name but a few.
Over the last few years I have entered numerous endurance based events from Coast to Coast Scotland, Hurtwood 50k and the Centurion 50 mile to the more recent events such as the London ultra duathlon, the Wendover Woods 50k night run and Hyrox London. With my experience and knowledge, I want to help my clients of all abilities to achieve their fitness goals.
I believe everyone should set goals in life, this encourages growth and progress. Achieving things no matter how big or small gives a sense of achievement, self confidence and positivity; Not only improving on your physical ability, but also mentally as well. I want my clients to realise that they can achieve much more than what they think possible!
